My 2 weeks of Summer

Finally! I will have my "taste of summer vacation" for the next two weeks. No school. Bum time in the house and hopefully lakads with friends though most of them have classes by then.

For some weird unknown reasons, I am excited for the next two weeks. ^_^

When I "start" my summer vacation, brother will be attending school. Good luck to you! I know it annoys him when I sing, Viva La Vida by Coldplay, but I really love the song. It's my current LSS.

I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own

I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemies' eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the King!"

One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castle stands
Upon the pillars of salt and sand

...

For some reason I can not explain
Once you know there was never, never an honest word
That was when I ruled the world

Can't wait for FREEDOM

Summer classes are almost over! yey!
And it's sad that my SA teacher seems to be a fun person pala. My classmates and I see his "funny" side just these past few days. And it was only last week when I realized that my Fil teacher makes her lessons/PPTs easy for her students. Easy enough for high school students to understand the lessons.
After Monday next week, I won't have summaries to read and long kabanatas to highlight. I won't have to go to the lib every morning to do my reading assignments or kill time in RSF. I will be free to wake up at any time I want to. Eat when I want to. And do things that I want.
That is FREEDOM for me.^_^

Vigan Weekend

"Bus-lag": I'm still sleepy and tired from the almost whole-day bus ride from Vigan to Manila yesterday.

Last weekend was a fun yet tiring weekend. We visited museums and museums and churches. Technically, it's a field trip, hence it was a bit (emphasis on the bit) boring. Estelle, Kim and I would usually tour the museums on our own, away from the class. And we ate local dishes: Bagnet, Longganisa Vigan, Vigan Torta, "Tinubo" or something like that. I love Longganisa Lucban more than the one in Vigan; it tastes better.

Vigan is small. Haha! I thought that the whole city would look more colonial, but there are business establishments and malls. We went to Chavit Singson's Baluarte, where we watched an animal show and had our picture taken with an orangutan.

The "Night Life" in Vigan is from 6-9pm. When we went out for dinner, there are only a handful of people on the street and some stores are already closed. As we were walking back to our hotel, we were the only people on the street, and it was only 8:40-is pm.

There'll always be Vigan... for Estelle! haha! Found no good-looking guys in Vigan. So we had to "make-do" with the people we were with: Sir Migs and friends. LOL

Emo much? take 2

Talked to my brother awhile ago, and I think I didn't made any sense when I was trying to explain/relate the typhoon and personal problems/challenges. And I realized, more like feel actually, that it's hard to be strong for someone when you are hurting too. That it's hard to smile when you feel like crying too.

Bah! I hate going all senti and emo. That's why Vigan will be (or I hope to be) my happy place! Will be with friends (Kim and Estelle). Mag-fifeeling turista ako! yey!

Two freaking rounds!

Ahahahaha! to all the those people I saw in Ateneo this morning, who paid 600php to watch the Hatton-Pacquiao fight. 600php for aircon, not so comfy seats and 2 rounds of boxing. Wow. Kayo na lang ang mayaman! Haha!
I heard an old man say when my I was walking near Irwin theater, "Oh Hatton? He's nothing!"
OK na lang ako.. Maybe it was a mismatch? I don't know..

Mabuhay Pacman! You made many Filipinos proud today!:D

Hugh Jackman and Daniel Henney

Watched X-men Origins last night with my mom and brothers. I wasn't in awe of the special effects nor did the fighting scenes excite me. The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer showed more great special effects than the Wolverine movie. (can't wait for the HP6 movie!=">)

When I saw Daniel Henney's name in the opening credits, I was like "No way! Daniel Henney in X-men?" After seeing his name, I got kilig. Haha! I love him in "Seducing Mr. Perfect". He was so manly there, so handsome.. Nakakalaglag panty! :)) But in the movie, he looked older, still handsome, but older. Then he did those tumbling in the air stunts, which looked cool. In the middle of the movie, his character Agent Zero gets killed when Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) "blew up" the helicopter. So the end na ang fangirl mode ko for him.

Even if Hugh Jackman is old, he is still DAMN HOT!!! =">

Since I was too lazy to do my homework today, I went to youtube and look at I found.
A funny interview of Daniel Henney and Hugh Jackman with 3 Korean ladies. Those ladies were really funny. Hugh Jackman was a good sport. Nakikiride siya sa mga funny ladies. But Daniel Henney looked like he was embarrassed. Too bad there aren't subtitles. But these videos had me laughing like crazy in front of the laptop.I love the Single Ladies dancing lady! She's super funny!

Enjoy!^_^
