Future Career

So I was bored this morning. To kill time and boredom I searched for internship opportunities online and I clicked on internships in CIA. Sounds interesting kasi. I've always fancied/dreamed of working in CIA. hahaha! probably too much movies made the idea too romantic.

BUT! Me being naive and too fascinated with the CIA never thought that one requirement for one to be able to work there is a US Citizen. So number one requirement fail ako. hahaha! So I went clicking on links and shizz in the website then I found and later realized what kind of job I "sort of want" :)

Political Analyst. Shems! sounds too nerdy or boring noh? But this is what they do. (from https://www.cia.gov/careers/opportunities/analytical/political-analyst.html) They examine: their culture, values, society and ideologies; their resources and capabilities; their political and decision making processes; the strengths and weaknesses of their strategies for achieving their goals...

Of course: for US interests. that's why one must be an American citizen.

I think the salary is pretty good. Well when you convert it to peso, it is really good.

*sigh* January is near and that means we must pass resumes to different institutions or companies for our required OJT. Where do I want to intern? I don't know. hahaha! I still don't know what I want to do after I graduate. Earn money of course. But how? I bloody still don't know... :D

I feel like I'm running out of time.

I'll be 21 in 2 months. I'll be graduating (hopefully :D) after 3 semesters. And I feel as if my "life" is boring. I want to do many things, pero no tengo tiempo y no tengo mucho dinero.

Today

is very tiring... It's only 9pm and I am very sleepy already. And I don't want to go to school tomorrow. I feel like it's a Saturday. hahaha!

I remember mom told me, when she was giving her "speech" about getting married... (Mom said that in 7 years, I'll be married. Nooo! When I'm rich and stable, that's when I'll get married. lol! And of course, if Mr. Right is here :D) She said that I should settle for the one who makes me happy. That, at the end of the day, I am happy to be with that one guy and he makes me happy. Aww... Thanks ma!

I read my theo prof's email (just now) about a course requirement, which is to interview married couples. Yes, couples... So I remembered this :)

If that dinner happened when it was first set, what could have happened then? I know you wouldn't say those funky things, because I know them already. Maybe you would have re-assured me that I can count on you whenever I need help.

Something New

I had a haircut today. Thanks to Mark from the Ricky Reyes Salon in Mega, "ganda na ng lola mo" ang itsura ko. Haha! My hair's shorter and somewhat different. But then again, I have a "Cinderella hair", which means after I shampoo my hair, it's luster and straightness would disappear.

And I had my ears pierced. Yes both ears.

I've always wanted to do this. And I'm super happy :D On my birthday next year, I might get my third piercing. hahaha :D Maybe on my left ear only.

I am madly in love with Brad Pitt's hair in the movie. Haha! No rebond or hair treatment to make it that straight and shiny. I want that hair :D

Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise were beautiful and sexy vampires. Plus Kirsten Dunst make a good bitchy vampire.

Sorry, I've never seen a guy with red cheeks before. Or! Maybe it was just the lights. I think I'll go for the latter. :D

Oh well. I can't wait for monday. No, i am not a nerd! I can't wait to see my college friends and some HS friends to tell them how boring and weird my sembreak was. Boring because most of the time, I'm at home. Weird because I do have weekly allowance, though I am on a break, but by the end of the week, all the money's gone. Now where did that money go? haha!
